Terms and Conditions
Booking fees are none refundable. We may be able to transfer to a new date if available if a minimum of 1 weeks notice is given and subject to the new date being available. Any items already purchased for your item or work started on your order will be charged from the booking fee accordingly.
We are unable to accept any responsibility to damage to items once they have left my property. Details on how to safely transport and store items are sent before collection along with a leaflet with this advice will also be on the box. By paying the balance of your item you are confirming acceptance of the cake in the condition it was received.
Collection times will be agreed before hand, 24 hours notice must be given for any changes to the agreed collection. If you arrive outside the collection times collection is not guaranteed. Week day collections are usually available up to 6PM unless specified and on a Saturday before 12PM. No collection is available on a Sunday.
Unfortunately we are unable to cater for allergens or intolerances. If you have any allergens or intolerances please notify us BEFORE you pay your deposit as we will not be able to fulfil your order. We are based in a domestic kitchen so we can't guarantee there won't be any cross contamination. Our kitchen handles all of the following: GLUTEN, DAIRY, EGGS, SOY, FISH, NUTS, PEANUTS, SESAME, MILK, SULPHUR DIOXID. If you are gifting an item please ensure you check if the recipient has any allergies, however all items are labelled. Please contact us if you have any queries BEFORE placing your order or consuming our products.
